    • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
    • Opened products are not eligible for returns or refunds to maintain the integrity and safety of our products.
  • How to Start a Return:
    To initiate a return, please contact us at support@HappyYears.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Subscription Policy

For customers who have opted into our "Subscribe and Save" program, the following terms apply:

  • Managing Your Subscription:
    Customers are responsible for managing their subscriptions, including making any changes or cancellations. We recommend keeping track of subscription renewal dates to avoid unintended charges. Subscriptions can be managed through your Shopify account or by contacting our customer service team.
  • Returns on Subscription Orders:
    Products received through the "Subscribe and Save" program follow the same return policies as regular purchases. Opened items, sale items, and products purchased by mistake cannot be returned.
